Combination Fillers

The combination filler system is designed to fill products that have more than one component into a single bag or container. This technology allows the manufacturer to fill the multi-component products into a single pouch on a vertical form/fill/seal machine.

Typical Products Filled:
Soup mixes, stuffing mixes, rice and spice meals, beans and spice meals, instant potatoes and dessert mixes.

Servo motors are incorporated to give optimal control while maintaining a reduced mounting profile. A single electrical cabinet houses the PLC based electrical system. Control of the machine is through a single operator interface touch screen. Both fillers are secured to a single mounting platform for integration on the automatic bag making equipment.

Several combinations are available to meet various production needs and production line configurations. An auger can be combined with one or two volumetric cup fillers, or two augers can be coupled. Spee-Dee® merges the best of the two dry filling machine designs.
