Spee-Dee filling equipment is designed to easily fill flexible pouches and bags in a wide variety of sizes and designs. Our automatic filling machines easily integrate with both vertical form-fill-seal baggers and horizontal form-fill-seal pouch machines. • Auger Fillers – for baking mixes, beverage mixes, coffee and nutraceuticals.
  
• Volumetric Cup Fillers – for rice, beans, cereal, candy, popcorn, nuts, seeds, coffee beans and kitty litter.
  
• Combination Fillers – for applications where two or three ingredients such as baking mixes with particulate, single serve oatmeal, macaroni & cheese or soup mixes.
  
• PLC-Based Checkweighers – our checkweighers utilize EMFR technology which is 10 times more accurate than traditional strain gauge load cells. They are simple to calibrate and easily provide feedback to your packaging machine. Various models are available from inline to incline, multi-lane, heavy-duty and ultra-hygienic.
  

Rigid Containers

Quickly fill dry products into rigid containers of many sizes, shapes and materials. We have multiple filler options and models that accurately fill rigid containers. Spee-Dee provides rigid filling solutions for a variety of production speeds and containers:

Inline Rigid Container Filling System – Ideal for conveyor lines of cans, bottles (glass or plastic) or jars where speed requirements range from 40/min (single filler) to 80/min (twin/dual fillers).

Rotary Filling System – Our high-speed rotary filling system seamlessly integrates with Spee-Dee auger and cup fillers. Plus, it easily integrates with multihead weighers for products such as nuts, gummies, pet food and more.
